Metro Builders Supply is 417-land’s largest appliance and lighting distributor. In addition to the expansive showroom on North Glenstone in Springfield, Metro Builders Supply has locations in Joplin, Springdale and Little Rock, AR, Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OK, and Wichita, KS.

The Springfield location is home to a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen filled with the latest appliances from Viking, Kitchen Aide and other high-end brands. Live cooking demonstrations are offered on a regular basis for those wishing to learn more about cooking with Viking appliances. Space is limited. Metro Builders Supply’s Springfield showroom is also home to 417 Magazine’s 417 Cooking Class, which is held seven times per year on the third Tuesday of January, February, March, April, May, September and October. Each class features a different chef from a local restaurant and wine pairings from Vino 100.
