Frequency rates: Advertising must be inserted with one year of first insertion to earn frequency-discount rates.
Agency commission: Recognized agencies earn a 15-percent discount on space reserved, paid and camera-ready artwork provided.
417 Magazine is committed to the accurate reproduction of advertisements. Advertisers are strongly encouraged to submit high-quality materials. Publisher reserves the right to reject materials of inferior quality or to alter incorrectly sized ads. Advertisers are billed for all production work performed by 417 Magazine.
All digital files need to be Mac files. All camera-ready advertisements must be submitted as a digital press-optimized PDF. Files may be submitted on CD or via e-mail to production@417mag.com. 417 Magazine does not accept any files on floppy disk. All images must be 300-dpi CMYK tifs.
Important: A color laser or inkjet proof is required. 417 Magazine is not responsible for errors if a proof does not accompany all digitally submitted ads.
