Jessica Martin has made a career of helping families. Four years ago she opened Martin Law, LLC, helping people navigate child custody, adoption, divorce, probate needs and more. She is a chosen voice for Christian County minors in juvenile court. In the best and worst times, Martin Law fights for the best interests of families.
Martin Law has grown to include paralegal Chelsay Russell and attorney Judson Wall. Passionate about people’s right to a defense, Wall spent years representing indigent defendants and currently serves as staff defense advisor for Taney County’s Treatment Court Program. Wall handles the firm’s criminal caseload, vigorously representing those accused in felony, misdemeanor and municipal matters.
With an office located on the historic square in Ozark, most of Martin Law’s work is done in Christian and Taney counties. That’s important because it means they know the judges in these communities. They understand how to best represent their clients in each particular situation.
When hiring a lawyer, it’s important to find someone who really cares. Martin and Wall participate in many community activities, most recently partnering with Ozark’s Care to Learn’s Backpack Buddies program.
Martin Law, LLC is both efficient and aggressive in criminal and family law.
