Customer service is frequently abysmal. Not at these establishments. Winner Town & County is known for knowing the fashions on sale in and out. Ditto for Dillard’s and the runners up (one of which, 2 Doors Down, is under the same ownership as Town & County... coincidence? No way.) Congratulations!

Linda’s flowers has been the place to go in Springfield for arrangements for more than 30 years. As of this month, A New Leaf no longer creates the everyday variety bouquet. It now focuses on event-specific arrangements for occasions such as weddings and funerals.

Club Nutrition & Fitness has a lock on trendy, young, southside Springfield, while Center City types head to the downtown Y or the northside Ozark Fitness. Notably absent from the list: The Meyer Center, last year’s winner.
