This store sells 34 varieties of artisans, which are similar to a truffle. The Aztec gold, which contains honey, cinnamon and ancho chili, is one of the shop’s best-sellers.
Cost: $10.50 for box of 6—$30 for box of 24.

Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

Candy House Gourmet Chocolates
There are two Candy House locations in Springfield and two in Joplin.
Chocolate-covered strawberries are the best-selling items at each of this store’s locations. After the berries are dipped in milk, dark or white chocolate, they’re drizzled with even more.
Cost: $26.95 per dozen.

Dark and White Chocolate Bars

Askinosie Chocolate, 514 E. Commercial St., Springfield
The San Jose bar and the white chocolate bar are tied for Askinosie Chocolate’s bestsellers. The dark chocolate contains cocoa beans and organic sugar, and the white chocolate has cocoa butter, organic sugar and goat’s milk powder.
Cost: $8 for the 3-ounce 70% San Jose Del Tambo Bar bar, $10.50 for a 3-ounce white chocolate bar.

Pecan delights are the best-selling item at this shop. The clusters contain pecans drenched in caramel and coated with milk chocolate.

Pecan Bears

These sweet treats are made of pecans covered in caramel and then dipped in either white, milk or dark chocolate, with the milk chocolate-dipped clusters being the best-sellers.

Simply Delicious, LLC, is a catering service, not a candy shop, but chef Patty Lynch certainly serves up many sugary concoctions. The most popular-selling sweet treat is the assorted mini-dessert tray, which features mini brownies and more.
Cost: $25–40 for 12- and 18-inch trays.

Peanut Brittle

Peanut brittle, which is made of sugar, corn syrup, peanuts, salt and baking soda, is this shop’s best seller. Unlike many other peanut brittles, the non-peanut portion of this brittle has a roasted peanut flavor, too.

Chocolate Nut Fudge

Chocolate nut fudge is this shop’s best-seller. It is made of sugar, corn syrup, salt, half and half, unsweetened chocolate and pecans.

Three of Godiva’s gourmet truffles top their best-selling list: The solid milk chocolate, the dark chocolate and the champagne truffle.

The best-selling candy at The Fudge Shop in Branson is the chocolate pecan fudge, which is made from sugar, corn syrup, cream, liqueur chocolate and fresh pecans.
