We did things a little differently this year. The 2010 Best of 417 Awards now feature even more fun, unusual and unexpected Editors’ Picks. They join the Readers’ Choice Awards to create a huge list of things to love about life in 417-land. And this year, we threw in a twist for voters: We added a second round of online voting here at 417mag.com. It was a face-off among the top vote-getters in a handful of categories, and readers could actually see the race unfold—who’s in the lead and who’s falling behind—after they cast their votes.
Read on, and see who you and the editors chose for the tastiest edibles, the boldest personalities, the greatest shopping... and all the things that are simply the Best of 417. Everything on this list is an opportunity for you to get out and enjoy this region you call home. So what are you waiting for? Go find some bests!
