The Many Flavors of Gilardi's
Ristorante Gilardi’s Chef Nicola Gilardi changes things up with this month’s 417 Cooking Class.
Originally from Chivenna, Italy, Nicola Gilardi came to the United States in 1993. He was well-equipped with plenty of knowledge from his parents’ restaurant and culinary school and immediately began working in the restaurant business. In 1998, he opened Italian restaurant Ristorante Gilardi’s, located on historic Walnut Street, and it’s been a favorite ever since.
