Yum of the Month: Spicy Elmo

In the chilly cold of winter, we love eating foods that warm us up, like the Spicy Elmo at Einstein Bros. Bagels (1933 S. National Ave., Springfield, 417-877-0073, einsteinbros.com). The breakfast wrap is filled with scrambled eggs, bacon, green chilis, zippy melted Swiss cheese and a spicy red chili cream cheese all rolled up in a tortilla. It entices the taste buds with both hot peppers and a hot spread. You’ll need a cool-down from your drink, but the dish will definitely warm you up.
