Every year, all year long, our job is to celebrate 417-land. We search the region’s cities and towns to find the tastiest food, the most fun activities and the most interesting people. There’s a whole lot to be excited about here, and our annual Best of 417 Readers’ Choice Awards are your chance to get in on the fun and share your favorites.

We start with a nomination round, when readers are asked to write in the names of local people and businesses that they love in five categories: Food & Drink, Places & Experiences, People, Shopping and Services. Then we put the top five nominees in each category back online for a final round of voting. The winners and first two runners up are listed here, along with tons of fun Editors’ Picks chosen by the editorial staff at 417 Magazine. They are folks who we think deserve a high-five this year.

Ready to see who made the cut?
