Yum of the Month: Peanut sauce from Rolls-N-Bowls

When we’re on an Asian-flavors kick, we can’t get enough of the fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce from Rolls-N-Bowls (1402 W. Sunshine, Springfield, 417-869-1488). This Vietnamese eatery serves its fresh spring rolls (which are wrapped in rice paper and stuffed with pork, shrimp, rice noodles, cilantro, and fresh veggies) with a peanut dipping sauce that’s spicier than peanut sauces we’ve tried at other places. And the sauce is topped with crushed peanuts, so you get a crunchy texture with every peanut-y bite.
