The ballots are in, and its another year choc-full of hot designs and innovative concepts.

Designer Sara Keener spent a lot of time personalizing the master bedroom in this year's overall residential winner.	The Ladies Parlor is Keener's favorite room in the house. The layered patterns on the custom pieces tie together with golds and greens.
The kitchen has a farmhouse aesthetic coupled with the look of modern appliances.	The dining room with its large circular table, sits adjacent to a room that has an indoor fountain in the center of its marble floor.
Starting with gold metallic damask wallpaper, Keener layered on silk curtains in a rosy burnt color and added a chinoiserie print to the dining chairs.	The master bathroom was completely gutted and redone with blues to compliment the master bedroom.
The his and her sinks stand alone under a large arched opening.	Much of the furniture in the Ladies Parlor was custom-made.
