Lynee and Dave Fender play with their son, Tyson by the fireplace.	Lynee wants her home to feel warm and inviting, but she doesn't care to have more in it than she needs.
Lynee designed the cabinets and had them custom-built the same time she had the ceiling raised.	Lynee Fender was a single woman when she bought her house and has done the bulk of the remodel work herself to make the home family-friendly.
Wood detailing accents every room in the house from archways to beams.	Built-in shelves makes up for lost storage and closet space in their son, Tyson's, room.
Lynee added a vaulted ceiling to improve the master suite.
