Breakfast

Lunch
Sequiota Bike Shop (3521 S. Lone Pine Ave., Springfield, 417-881-4488) boasts a casual patio area, surrounding backyard space and kids menu of sandwiches and snacks. Plus, the eatery is across the street from Sequiota Park—perfect for post-meal playtime.  

Dinner
For dinner and an eye-popping show, head to Nakato Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar (2615 S. Glenstone Ave., Springfield, 417-881-7171, nakato.com), where you and your youngsters can watch the hibachi chefs helm the grill with flair. 

Dessert
Get creative with your kiddo as you create a sweet, tasty treat at La Boba Café (1601 W. Sunshine St., Springfield, 417-720-1328). Drink orders can be customized with all kinds of fun extras like lychee jellies and flavored boba.
