The kimchi fried rice at Koriya (4121 S. Fremont Ave. Ste. 128, 417-882-0077) is a sizzling hot bowl of true love. Delicious and indulgent fried rice is cooked with pungent and spicy kimchi for a dish that’s simple in construction but packed with a ton of flavor. And it’s all served in a hot stone bowl, which means it comes to the table piping hot. The rice is topped with shredded beets and a sprinkling of seaweed. The seaweed adds the tiniest hint of flavor variation and goes perfectly with that hot, hot kimchi.
