417 Magazine wants to know how you met your soul mate. Tell us here!
Nearly a year ago, we asked readers of 417 Magazine to send us nominations for our 10 Most Beautiful Women contest (the results of which were published in the September 2008 issue and can be found at 417mag.com). The suggestions came pouring in from friends, boyfriends and husbands of 417-land women of all ages and walks of life. Not surprisingly, among these explanations for why the women in their lives deserved to be named the most beautiful, we found sweet confessions of love.
One story in particular stood out to us. A husband who was nominating his wife wrote out the long story of how the two met. Needless to say, it had all the makings of a fairy tale love story: boy meets girl through some unforeseen circumstance, boy falls in love at first sight, boy gushes about the wonderful woman he’s found, and they all live happily ever after.
(We know, we know… Aw!)
That story made us think: There have to be more readers out there with fun, funny, amazing, inspiring, beautiful, remarkable or simply sweet tales of how they met the love of their lives. And we want to hear all about them. That’s why we’re asking you to submit your own love stories by December 8. Do you have then-and-now pictures of when you met and today? We’d love to see those, too. You might just see the story of how you met on the pages of this magazine.
