Why we love it: The cream-based sweet potato soup may be on the menu year-round, but it’s best in the fall, when sweet potatoes are ripe and ready for the season. The creamy, thick soup is one of Mille’s bestsellers during the fall season. Chipotle peppers add a little heat to the soup, and it’s topped with fried crispy strings and plenty of cilantro for added freshness.
