What it tastes like:
The spicy Chai Martini at MudLounge can be summed up in six words: silky-smooth deliciousness in a glass. The drink is topped with cinnamon, giving it a flavor that’s more similar to a dessert than a cocktail. The soy milk gives the drink a tad of creaminess and a slightly nutty flavor, and the vanilla-flavored vodka adds a hint of alcohol. The blend goes down smooth and, oddly enough, tastes similar to pumpkin pie. If you’d rather warm up to your drink, the MudLounge’s Twisted Chai, which is $5.75, is a hot version of the cocktail. The bar serves a variety of seasonal-flavored drinks, including a pumpkin pie martini.
