Nachos are a sharable thing, especially when they are a little outrageous. The bigger they are, the better. The higher the summit of the ingredient mountain, the deeper we want to dig in. The barbecue pork nachos ($10) at The Buzzard Bar at Big Cedar Lodge are prime example of outrageous nachos. The chips are covered in barbecued pork, cheese, baked beans, fresh jalapeño slices, crunchy cabbage and sour cream. Every single bite is an explosion of atypical nacho flavors, and we love it.
