Arts In Action: The 10 Weeks Festival—Week 7
We are now half-way through the festival and half-way past reaching our goal of $10,000! After a busy weekend, Arts in Action has now raised $6,000, which means $3,000 for the Arts in Education Fund and $15,000 for the Care to Learn Fund as Care to Learn is now matched 4 to 1. That is $15,000 to help local area school children meet their basic needs from food to backpacks to shoes!
So, head out this weekend—decorate your dog for Arf-Fest, place a bid at an art auction, hear a wonderful choir, see a great play or laugh with The Skinny—and help sustain the children in our community through the Arts!
