Did you know the turkey was almost our national bird? Well, it was (which begs the question of whether we'd be dining on bald eagle on Thanksgiving). This recipe—which actually appered on foodchannel.com on Tuesday to celebrate Barack Obama's swearing-in—is non red meat-eater friendly and looks fantastic.
