Today's recipe: Pesto Grilled Pizza with Sausage and Peppers
Sausage and peppers may not be the most original ingredients for pizza, but they go very well together. What sets this recipe apart is the light, pre-grilled California–style crust and the individual serving size. Works great with a crumble-style cheese (ricotta, gorgonzola). Toppings can be changed or added to suit your taste.
