Today's recipe: Blue Cheese and Bacon First Down Dip

It's football week, so we're stockpiling the best gametime snacks in one place. Yesterday it was wings; today it's dip, one that should satisfy even the surliest of beefy linebackers (or your brother-in-law). We suggest pairing it with a light-but-sturdy dipping chip, like a Tostitos "scooper" or some other tortilla-style chip.
