The nominees for the 81st Academy Awards were announced this morning, and the list of nominations is positively brimming with The Curious Case of Benjamin Button-ness, including a Best Actor nod for hometown boy ah... what's his name? We've got it here, somewhere...
Oh, yes! Brad Pitt. We knew it was easy to spell. Way to go, Bradley!
Anyway, the whole list is here. Other top contenders include the popular The Dark Knight, Kate Winslet vehicle The Reader (not so much love for Revolutionary Road) and the über-popular Slumdog Millionaire (the latter two of which are still playing right now at Moxie Cinema, hint hint).
