Please don’t think we’re mean… these ugly dogs were submitted by their loving owners. These dogs are so ugly they ARE cute! Long hair or no hair, teeth or no teeth, these pooches are full of personality (be sure to read their profiles!) and the winning dogs will be pampered, have their own photo shoot and appear in 417 Magazine.
