Arts in Action: The 10 Weeks Festival—Week 4
Arts in Action: The 10 Weeks Festival—Week 4

It never ceases to amaze me how much Springfield has to offer culturally—and this weekend is certainly no exception. Art lovers of all kind have plenty to choose from to get their culture-fix! Some events are even FREE (yes, FREE)! So, now you don’t have any excuse not to get out from under that recession blanket and indulge in a little quality of life.

Also, Arts in Action: The 10 Weeks Festival has now raised $3,576.42 for the Arts in Education Fund and the Care to Learn Fund that provide for artistic and basic immediate needs for area public school children.

Even kids are donating during the festival: Below, Jack Pendleton, age 5, giving $1 to Arts in Action: The 10 Weeks Festival at The Creamery Arts Center.
