Branson Airport adding new carrier

The Branson Airport tomorrow will announce the second commercial carrier to provide service to the privately funded airport, which is scheduled to open in May. In December, they announced that low-cost carrier AirTran would be the first provider, with flights to Atlanta.

They aren't saying who the new carrier is at this point, though the trend has been toward low-cost carriers, and Allegiant just announced a new destination out of Springfield (L.A.). That leaves Southwest, Frontier, Braniff ... what else?

Speculate in the comments! We'll fill you in following tomorrow's announcement.

Full release to media follows.
