We are gearing up for one of the best eating events in 417-land… Rock’n Ribs! 417 Magazine is throwing a private party, the 417 Rock’n Ribs Winners Dinner on Saturday, April 18 during the festival. Our private tent is ideally situated on the festival grounds, to soak up the atmosphere, but be just out of the traffic. We will serve Old Vine Zin (a delicious red zinfandel) and Pinot Grigio (light and crisp white) from Gnarly Head wines. If wine isn’t your thing, we also have cold beer from the Anheuser-Bush / Wil-Fischer Company. We are also happy to announce Anheuser-Bush BrewMaster David Ammons will be at the event to give great beer & barbecue pairing advice!
This is an evening you do not want to miss! Four courses of award-winning barbecue will be accompanied by side dishes from Ocean Zen. We are also expecting a spectacular dessert from Chef Johnson Tan!
Our dinner will wrap up in time for you to enjoy the live music under the big tent featuring Pearl and Sequel Dose.
