You love our monthly 7 Good Things dining feature, don't you? Now we're expanding it to give you just a little bit of heaven, every weekday, for your dining pleasure. Today's infatuation: the daily prime rib sandwich special at Glenn's at Murder Rock Golf and Country Club.Murder Rock's (1250 Golf Club Dr., Hollister, 417-332-3259) chefs have definitely given local golfers something to salivate over as they duff their way around the course. This massive sandwich is piled-high with thinly sliced, slow-cooked rib eye ($10) and topped with onion strings and provelone and served on a toasted hoagie. Served with waffle fries or chips.
