You love our monthly 7 Good Things dining feature, don't you? Now we're expanding it to give you just a little bit of heaven, every weekday, for your dining pleasure. Today's infatuation: Big Easy Grill's fried shrimp po' boy.

As if the large, tender shrimp didn't sell the sandwich, Big Easy's Cajun Grill (3027 E. Sunshine St.) has slathered its fried shrimp po' boy ($8) in a tangy remoulade sauce with a lemony kick. Best enjoyed with house chips. Sweeeeeeeet mama!
