Last Thursday was the Boys and Girls Clubs of Springfield's annual Steak and Steak Dinner, which almost always features a big time athletic figure as keynote speaker. They more than delivered this year with the University of North Carolina's 2009 (and 2005) national champion head basketball coach Roy Williams.
