Cool stuff out of Branson—Branson Landing has been chosen as a finalist for the 2008 International Design and Development Award, which honors mixed-use developments based on architecture and other factors. The other finalists include projects in the Netherlands, Poland, Tokyo, Switzerland and two others in the United States. Winners will be announced December 3.

BRANSON LANDING NAMED FINALIST IN THE 2008 INTERNATIONAL
DESIGN AND DEVELOPEMENT AWARDS
Branson Landing (www.bransonlanding.com), in Branson MO, the $425 million entertainment and shopping
development of HCW Development Company, LLC (www.hcwdev.com), has been named by International Council of
Shopping Centers (ICSC) as one of the seven finalists for mixed-use retail projects over 500,000 square feet in this
year's ICSC world-wide awards (www.icsc.org)
The Branson Landing is a finalist along with City Center Almere in Almere, Netherlands; the Domain in Austin TX,
USA; Manufaktura in Lodz, Poland; LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch in Katy, TX, USA; Sihlcity in Zurich, Switzerland;
and Tokyo Midtown in Tokyo, Japan.
On December 3, 2008, the winners will be announced at the International Design and Development Awards
Ceremony (during the Center Build Conference) at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix AZ.
