Breaking: Sad news from TJ Sales
After 31 years as southwest Missouri’s premier supplier of imprinted and screen printed sportswear, TJ Sales has been forced to closed its doors.
“It was a combination of current economic condition and a lack of financial institutional bank funding,” Tim (TJ) Loudis told 417 and GO magazines. “After months and months of looking for a financial bridge across troubled waters, we closed the doors last Friday, November 13.”
Tim said he set a personal goal to fulfill all pending orders and meet payroll for his 10 employees, and said he was comforted by the fact his company met those goals. TJ Sales was founded in 1978, and moved to its current location at 545 S. Union Ave. in Springfield in 1995. Loudis says the next challenge is to find work for the company’s 10 employees, including a new position for himself.

Thanks,TJ, for all you've done for Springfield and the Southwest Missouri region. You are a blessing who has never refused to help whenever someone would ask. You, and your staff, will be missed terribly.
TJ was always the "go-to" guy when I needed shirts and jackets for our special functions. He knew my needs before I did. With his creativity and vision, I'm sure some company will snatch him up quickly.
This guy "TJ" is a GREAT person with a lot of business sense!! It is a shame what is happening to a lot of our small businesses in the great ole US of A. Someone needs to snatch him up IMMEDIATELY!! What a great asset he would be to ANY business in the Springfield (or any) area! One man's loss could be another company's TREASURE!!!
