Today's Recipe: Sage corn bread stuffing
Quick: What's your favorite part of a major holiday meal? The turkey? Nah. It's good, but there's so much of it you hardly think of it as essential. The dessert? Nope. By the time you get to it you've ceased tasting anything and are just hoping you can roll yourself to the couch (or you eat it so long after the main meal it's more like an evening snack). The best part of any holiday meal is the stuffing. It's the glue that holds everything together, and a dish of which you can easily consume four our five helpings. It's indispensable. This recipe can only serve to make it more so.
