Today's Recipe: Spoon Bread
This is one of the more interesting recipes we've come across during our time trolling The Food Channel's site. A cross between cornbread and custard—we're picturing a dish of casserole consistency—it goes well with gravy and makes a good side to a traditional holiday meal. It's also relatively quick to make, and can include vegetables and other ingredients at your discretion.
