Today's Recipe: Cheesy creamed corn with smoky bacon
We'll admit it: The older we get the more we like dishes that can be eaten with spoons. Preferably big spoons. This dish is right up our alley. It's a cheesy creamed corn recipe with bits of real bacon mixed in. It could be a great weeknight quick-meal or a side at a nicer dinner, like Thanksgiving, which is how this recipe sells it. They didn't have to. We're sold.
