North Springfield Betterment event tonight
Just a heads up that the North Springfield Betterment Association is hosting a panel tonight at the Tower Club (901 E. St. Louis St.). It's $15 and open to the entire community. Those in attendance will include Mayor Jim O'Neal, comissioner Dave Coonrod, and others who will answer written questions from the crowd.
