Branson This-n-That: Explosives Edition
A few things out of Branson have crossed our desks recently:
• Apparently there's going to be some big-time fireworks display tonight at Branson Landing, set to Beatles music, which sounds totally trippy and awesome (we're hoping for a healthy dose of Sgt. Pepper's era stuff, honestly). We hear there's a pyrotechinics convention in town (no joke). Should be good if you're willing to stay out until 10:15 p.m.
• Good stuff from The Mansion Entertainment and Media Center, too. Peter Pan is comfirmed for a second year, with Cathy Rigby in the title role. Shows will run July 6-August 15 and November 2-December 12, 2010.
• Also—The Mansion will be the 2010 home of the Liverpool Legends, Louise Harrison's Beatles tribute act. They move from the Starlite Theatre.
• Finally (also from The Mansion), Kenny G has been confirmed for one night: April 24, 2010.
Pretty cool, huh? Look for the new issue of Branson Vacation Magazine online next week with the scoop on stuff to do in Branson between now and March.
