Matt Blunt has guest op-ed in Wall Street Journal
Interesting piece by So-Mo native and ex-Missouri governor Matt Blunt in today's Wall Street Journal re: tort reform.
In the piece, he trumpets our state's 2005 legislation that capped the payouts and slowed the number of medical malpractice suits in our state.
Think what you will of the oft-maligned Blunt, but the model certainly is at least food for thought as Washington tiptoes through the healthcare-reform minefield.
