DIGITAL COORDINATOR

We are searching for a dynamic team member that loves the technical side of digital marketing with a knack for strategy and impacting the success of digital campaigns. If this sounds like you, apply for our Digital Coordinator position!

As part of the account services team, the Digital Coordinator is responsible for executing and monitoring all paid digital campaigns for our clients to achieve maximum audience engagement and ROI.

 Manage client advertising campaigns
• Analyze web traffic and user engagement metrics and create strategies for advertisers/partners to drive optimal results
• Build all paid digital content, including promotional blogs, website business listings and others as required.
• Create and maintain SEO-focused strategies for the performance of paid digital content.
• Utilize email marketing system (Hubspot) to build and deploy client eblasts to our audience database.
• Collaborate with account coordinators to ensure proper set up of display campaigns.
• Act as liaison between digital, account services and sales departments for client digital marketing campaigns and strategies
• Collaborate with Digital Editor and Audience Development Consultant on opportunities, strategies and placements
• If a campaign is underperforming, determine and implement strategies to optimize the audience and ensure ROI.
• Provide detailed analytics for post campaign reports, and as requested
• Support creation of event, contest and promotional pages on our website (no HTML coding required.)

Education Requirements and Work Experience:

• 2+ years of digital marketing/paid content management experience
• College degree in related field

Skills and Strengths:

• Familiarity with analytics platforms. Must be versatile and able to adapt to a constantly changing marketplace and environment.
• Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Strategic vision and strong marketing skills
• Drive to seek patterns within analytics and strength in optimizing and pivoting based on that knowledge
• Experience with a CMS and EMS is ideal
• Intrinsic motivation to work independently yet still be a team player
• Management of a workload with multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Unparalleled customer service
• Creative thinking, ability to offer input in meetings and confidence to share ideas 
• Critical thinking, negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills
• Ability to work quickly and pivot quickly in a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent presentation skills
• Oh—and last but not least, a passion for excellence

Evaluations and Outcomes:

• The position will be evaluated after 90 days with reviews every 120 days.

Environmental Requirements:

• Mainly sedentary in an office environment with the exception of event days
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
• May be required to lift up to thirty (30) pounds
• Flexible in working extended hours.
