Honor the coming of summer’s all-American holiday with some good-eatin’ barbecue loaded with the works like ribs, chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, corn, beans, pies, cookies, cotton candy, ice cream, popcorn, lemonade and tea. The buffet dinner is held indoors, but once you’ve finished, head outside and nab the perfect spot to watch an impressive display of fireworks at dark. A bounce house and face painting are set up for the kids.
