About This Event
This focus exhibition examines ways that artists portray movement or motion within their work. Pulled from the Museum’s permanent collection, this exhibit features prints, sculpture, paintings, and drawings by Anne Lindberg, Garo Zareh Antreasian, Jacob Burmood, Sylvia Glass, Ray Howlett, and Carlos Cruz-Diez, among others. Art in Motion is guest curated by Naysa Adams, Cam Mahnken, Anna Shackelford, and Hannah Robinson under the guidance of Jodi McCoy (Director of Exhibitions, Missouri State University), with direction from the Museum’s curatorial and education staff.
