About this Event
In the Springfield area premiere of the play Freud’s Last Session, the founder of psychoanalysis, Sigmund Freud, and Christian author C.S. Lewis meet for conversation weeks before Freud’s assisted suicide. Set on the day England enters World War II, the famous thinkers share their opinions in the midst of political upheaval, debating the origin of morality and conscience, and, ultimately, God’s existence.
