Hemingway’s Blue Water Café will be serving Easter Brunch from 9am-5pm Sunday, April 21st and will feature a mixture of breakfast and lunch entrees. Begin with Hemingway’s abundant salad bar featuring Italian wedding soup and our famous clam chowder, as well as fresh greens with assorted toppings and house-made prepared salads. Entrée choices this year will include Lemon Dill Salmon, Rosemary Dijon Beef Tenders, Hawaiian Chicken and Fried Shrimp. We will have glazed ham and marinated lamb on our carving station. Side choices will include Loaded Gouda Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables, Rice, and Macaroni and Cheese. Breakfast choices will include biscuits and gravy, stuffed French toast and our omelet bar. Adults are $23.00 and children 10 and younger are $8.00. This service will be buffet only; the menu will not be available on this day. There will also be visits from the Easter bunny throughout the day.
