About This Event
Our Mastering Brisket class will teach you everything you need to know about the techniques you need to make the perfect brisket! If smoking brisket is already in your wheelhouse, hone your skills with instruction from Pit Master Jim Tyson and Pits N Grills owner Nick Copeland as they take brisket to the next level on a Gateway Drum Smoker and Big Green Egg.
Samples and appetizers will be served along with free beer provided by our friends at Heart of America.
Cost is $55. Prepayment is required.
