About This Event
The Salvation Army, in conjunction with Westlake Ace Hardware, is sponsoring a fan drive to benefit needy families in the Springfield area. A kickoff event is planned for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 9 at the Westlake Ace store at 2350 S. Campbell, Springfield, MO 65807.
The Salvation Army will be on hand to serve grilled hot dogs, drinks and chips. The community is invited to the free kick-off celebration.
The fan drive continues through June 24 at all Westlake stores in the greater Springfield market area, including Bolivar, MO, Clinton, MO, Sedalia, MO and West Plains, MO.
Westlake provides the fans at cost to the Salvation Army and starts the drive with a donation of 30 box fans.
