Real sourdough is a fermented food. Often, sourdough bread made with non-brominated flour is well tolerated by people who are sensitive (not allergic) to gluten. In this workshop, we will make sourdough bread, sourdough pancakes, and sourdough pizza dough. Each class participant will leave with their own sourdough starter and directions.
