About This Event
Enjoy the six-piece bluegrass band Phillip and the Flatheads as part of the Library’s monthly concert series. Heavily influenced by Bill Monroe, Flat and Scruggs and Black Oak Arkansas, the band will throw in a few surprises while paying homage to the master. Sponsored by Friends of the Library.
