Tuscan Hill will be hosting local chef Drake Tillman as our featured chef for our Autumn Farm to Table Dinner.
This Dinner is a celebration of the beauty of autumn. From the crisp fall weather, to the changing of the leaves on our estate, to the carefully-selected in-season vegetables, all assembled to immerse ourselves in this all too brief season.
At the dinner experience, guests will sit at a long community table and enjoy five courses served family style. Chef Tillman will speak about each creation and from where the ingredients were locally-sourced.
Additionally, there will be two autumn-inspired cocktails prepared by mixologist, Dylan Fox. Guests will receive two drink tickets to use during our cocktail hour. Guests are welcome to bring their beverage of choice to be enjoyed during the meal.
Cocktail Hour will begin at 6:00 pm, followed by Dinner at 7:00pm.
