Fall Foliage Hike
7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Fall is a great time to take a hike. The weather is cooler, the colors are changing and a hike is hands down the most amazing way to experience autumn in Arkansas. Aside from beautiful fiery fall colors, Pedestal Rocks will delight you through its magnificent rock formations.
Join us on a trip to the beautiful Pedestal Rocks Scenic Area – one of the most beautiful places to enjoy fall foliage. We will hike around 2.5 miles around unique rock formations and spectacular overlooks, surrounded by a blanket of orange, yellow and red hues. These unique “mushroom” shaped columns were created over time due to water and wind erosion, as well as the many caves and rock shelters into the bluffs. We will have time to explore the many amazing features that Pedestal Rock State Park has to offer while appreciating the gorgeous colors of the fall. After the hike, we will go to Blue Mountain Bakery and Café to enjoy and indulge on the charm of a small town café.
