We contend that the problem is not with Capitalism itself, but with an antiquated notion of hierarchy, wealth, and power, perpetuated by greed and indifferent to the needs of the everyday person.  A system that keeps the “secret” language of business out of reach of the common worker, and the hope of a better life, an improbable dream.

But a growing movement of forward-thinking companies have reimagined Capitalism and the transformational power businesses can have on individuals and communities. Each year for the last 28 years, this community of “game changers” have gathered together from around the world to learn, share, and celebrate the principles and practices of The Great Game of Business management operating system at the world’s largest conference on open-book management.

In response to COVID-19 and the desire to protect our community, this year the Great Game of Business Conference will be a VIRTUAL experience… but not like any online event you’ve been a part of!  The Great Game team has gone to great lengths to ensure everything our community has grown to love about the conference will be available online.
